Advice From The Erwin Pawn Tradio Show: Don’t Beat Your Mother

Buying, selling, and advice on life were all for the taking during last Saturday's Erwin Pawn Tradio Show.

I took a two day trip to Lubbock and got back just in time for the show.  It was another fun one with folks selling the stuff they don't want to get the money for the stuff they do.  There is no other show anywhere purely for the listeners.

THE BIG QUESTION

We ask every caller a 'big question' before they give us their items.  I have been thinking for some time now that we should determine if our callers accept texts on their items.  To start off that effort and to see if it was needed, we made text messaging the big question.

Obviously pretty close, closer than I anticipated.  We are going to solicit texting information next week and see how it works.

RULE #6

I also bring you a special rule of life every week.  It follows the standard rules of the show and we talk about it every hour.

Dallas Cowboys Wide Receiver Dez Bryant was arrested last week on a charge of domestic abuse.  The abused person is question is his mother.  Obviously Bryant will get his day in court but for the listeners of Tradio I thought this required a special rule.  It is a rule I didn't think needed saying.
