A New Mexico Woman is Suing to Have Her Picture Removed Off a Novelty Flask

Veronica Vigil is suing a Santa Fe artist for the use of her high school yearbook photo on a novelty flask that says, "I'm going to be the most popular girl in rehab."  Vigil claims that she never gave permission for her photo to be used.

How would you react if you saw a novelty product with your high school photo being used? Would you be shocked? Are any of our yearbook photos safe? I have a feeling this could start a trend.
