A Conversation With Comedian Ron White: Pt. 1 [AUDIO]

Ron White is returning to Amarillo with his brand new show, 'A Little Unprofessional,' on Saturday August 10th at the Civic Center Auditorium. Ron, a native of Fritch, spends his time between his homes in Atlanta, GA and Los Angeles, CA when he's not on the road.

White has picked up two Grammy nominations, a Gold Record, two of the top rated one-hour specials in Comedy Central history, a book that appeared on the New York Times Best Seller List. He has sold over 10 millions copies of CDs and DVDs.

I had a chance to catch up with Ron the other day on the phone. In part 1 of our conversation we talk about smaller vs. larger audiences, his fourth album, his singer/songwriter wife, Margo Rey and an event that is near and dear to his heart.
